At Breaking The Barrier, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your style, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a sturdy box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
